Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Site or downloading any content. By accessing or using the Site, or by downloading any light show files or other materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or download any content.
1. About the Site
ZeeBeav.com provides information, videos, and free Tesla light show sequences (and related content) created for entertainment purposes. We may also link to third-party platforms where files are hosted and offer merchandise through external shops.
2. Intellectual property
The original light-show sequences we publish (the timing and lighting files), plus our own videos, graphics, text, and logos, are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Music, recordings, lyrics, artist names, Tesla marks, and X Takeover marks remain the property of their respective owners. Sequences on this Site are fan-made. We are not affiliated with Tesla, Inc., X Takeover, or the artists, and we do not claim any rights in their music or brands.
You may download and use the light show files for personal, non-commercial use only on vehicles you own or control. That license covers our sequence files only. It does not grant any license to the underlying music. You may not:
- Sell, redistribute, or share the files publicly for commercial purposes
- Claim the files as your own creation
- Modify and re-upload them under a different name without permission
- Use them in any way that violates applicable laws
We reserve all rights not expressly granted in the materials we actually own.
3. Downloads and use of light shows
Light show files are provided free of charge for personal entertainment.
Important safety notice: Many light shows contain intense flashing and strobing lights that may trigger photosensitive epilepsy, seizures, or discomfort in susceptible individuals. Use at your own risk. Do not view or run shows if you or anyone nearby has a history of photosensitive conditions.
You are solely responsible for:
- Confirming file compatibility with your Tesla vehicle
- Proper installation and use of the files
- Any consequences of running the light shows (including effects on vehicle systems, batteries, or bystanders)
We make no guarantees that any file will work perfectly on every vehicle or software version.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content (including light show files) are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Site or files will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
- Files are compatible with all Tesla models, software versions, or hardware
- Content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our owners, creators, or affiliates) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any light show files. This includes (but is not limited to) vehicle issues, personal injury, data loss, or any other harm. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site and delete any downloaded files.
6. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to harm, disrupt, or overload the Site
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse content beyond the personal-use license granted above
7. Third-party links and merchandise
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., download platforms or merchandise shops). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Purchases made through linked shops are subject to those sellers’ own terms.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
